At Diamond Terrace we understand personal preferences and have designed the social/event areas, as well as the individual residences, to provide residents with choices.

Each private residence has a gleaming kitchen, including cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator and full bathroom facilities, with a choice of tub/shower combination or walk-in shower. Luxurious carpeting throughout and individual heating and air conditioning provide a comfortable home environment. All residences have a view of the charming Clayton community, beautiful grounds and lovely mountains and hillsides. All are offered with no initial investment other than a nominal cleaning/security deposit.
